Companies that have been associated with OSS for a long time such as IBM, Servodata, Oracle, HP, Red Hat, SGI, Sun Microsystems and other companies will carry out presentations in the rich programme of lectures and presentations in the exhibition areas. LinuxExpo 2007 will present both traditional and innovative solutions to the use of open source software. The world record for a half marathon was not broken due to strong wind and damp conditions (temperature: 8 °C, humidity: 90 %) on Saturday, March 24th, 2007 in Prague, Czech Republic. Patrick Mutuku Ivuti from Kenya won the half marathon with the time 1:01:00.
